Object of study: governance development of the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Objective: to study theoretical concepts and develop practical recommendations for the development of financial control in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Methods: analysis and synthesis, historical, modeling, system approach, the comparative analysis. Results solved important scientific task that is substantiation of theoretical positions and practical recommendations for the development of the state financial control in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Novelty: Conceptual model of state financial control in the agricultural sector of Ukraine; improved scientific and practical application of the regulatory mechanism of financial control; received further clarification of the concept of "state financial control in the agricultural sector" and others. Introduced in the activities of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and others.
