Kocherygin L. Methods of individual work with special subjects of future land managers in higher education and І-II levels of accreditation

The thesis sets out the theoretical foundations of the development of a competency-oriented methods of individual work with students of specialty «Land Management» in the process of their special subjects, and by experimental testing its effectiveness. The studied problem was analyzed in modern scientific and educational research; reasonably major theoretical approaches to the development of the abovementioned methods – competence, personality and activity, subject- centered were proved. Done pedagogical competence-oriented design methodology of future individual land managers in the process of their specific disciplines. The place and role of the individual in the complex methods of teaching special subjects as categories of pedagogy was proved; reasonably leading principles of learning and their relation to the methodology of individual work on the special subjects of future specialists agricultural profile. Experimental test developed in research competence oriented methodology of future individual land managers in the process of their special subjects demonstrated its effectiveness and necessity of putting into practice the educational process in Universities І and II levels of accreditation.
