Essay

The dissertation is a complex completed studying of legal essence of the relations arising in the implementation of the protection of the rights of consumers of housing and communal services. In this paper, the definition of consumer of utility services were formulated, the proposed definition of the responsibilities of the parties for failure to comply with the terms of the contract the provision of utility services were made. In the dissertation the necessity of consolidation of all conditions of provision utility services with full description, without reference to other regulations.
