Essay

Research objekt is a process of functioning of the transport sector passenger transportation. Research was conducted with the use of methods of cluster analysis, mathematical statistics, theory of scheduling, genetic algorithms, simulation modeling, expert assessments and surveys, regression analysis, network planning and management. As a result of research an author the new scientifically grounded the formation of schedule rail passenger services, formed the calculation procedure of the technical parameters of passenger facilities and formalized technology transport passengers in direct communication.
