Object: . The aim of the thesis - theoretical justification provisions, the definition of methodological approaches and develop practical recommendations for transforming industrial enterprise in innovative and active through staff development. The object of research is the process of transforming industrial enterprises in innovation-active based staff development. The author uses general scientific and special methods: systematic and comprehensive approach dialectics and epistemological; statistical methods, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction methods; methods of sociological surveys and expert assessment - to identify factors that impede innovation engineering company; cognitive modeling; economic and mathematical methods - to evaluate the effectiveness of programs of personnel development. Theoretical and methodological basis of the thesis is a scientific concept of modern theoretical developments leading domestic and foreign scientists on innovation management businesses, as well as basic principles of the theory of economic development, the theory of competitive advantage, innovation theory, the theory of human behavior, the theory of the firm. The scientific novelty of the results is to study and improve the theoretical positions, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for transforming industrial enterprise in innovative and active through staff development for the components of intellectual capital correlate their importance in the growth of activity and performance innovation. The subject of research is theoretical and methodological framework and practical tools transform industrial enterprises in innovation-active through the development of its staff. The purpose of the thesis is development of methodological and theoretical foundations and practical recommendations to improve the management efficiency in social-humanitarian development of an industrial enterprise. The author uses structural, logical, and systemic analysis, monographic method, analysis, synthesis, systematic approach, economic statistical and comparative methods, method of paired comparisons on the basis of multidimensional scaling, taxonomic analysis, methods of prediction, method of expert assessment, graphical and tabular methods. The theoretical value is the formation of organizational and economic mechanism for functioning of social-humanitarian sphere in the context of which a model is proposed for forming of optimal structure of facilities of social-humanitarian infrastructure at an industrial enterprise; improving methods of evaluating the impact of factors of external and internal environment on improvement of management of social-humanitarian development of an industrial enterprise taking into consideration the level of quality of medical and preventive services, communal, household, and municipal services; the method of evaluation of social and economic efficiency of the social-humanitarian actions in the development of an industrial enterprise; clarification of interpretation of the essence of economic category of “management of social-humanitarian development of an industrial enterprise” as a component of economic activity; development of algorithms of estimation of human development index to apply an integral index and state of social-humanitarian development of an industrial enterprise. Its scientific novelty is the enhancement of theoretical and development of applied principles of formation of organizational and economic mechanisms for the functioning of structures providing services to the staff. The subject of the study is theoretical basis and applied aspects of improvement of social-humanitarian efficiency of activity of an enterprise. The practical significance of the results is the possibility of use of research and guidelines to ensure stability of an industrial enterprises and to improve the quality of medical and preventive service, communal, household, municipal, and cultural services for the staff. The scopes of use of the author’s guidelines are domestic industrial enterprises, universities, governing bodies.
