Guz I. Movable property as an object of civil legal relationships.

Dissertation research is devoted to scientific analyzes of legal nature of movable property as an object of civil legal relationships as well as its signs, place in a system of objects of legal civil circulation, features of use of right protection means by subjects of legal relations that arise from movable property. The categories of "movable property" and "movable things" are analyzed and its correlation is researched. It's being analyzed the criteria for division of movable property on simple and complex, divisible and indivisible. The author proves that movable property has the following features: removability, materiality, purpose, specific legal regime. The features of securities and money as objects of civil legal relationships are characterized. Grounds for civil legal circulation of physical and disembodied things are analyzed. The system of transactions with movable property that provide transfer of ownership and arising of secondary property rights on such property is researched. Conditions and features of use of such protections means as vindication, restitution, condiction tort claim etc. are determined.
