The thesis is devoted to research of grounds, order and consequences of termination of subjective rights of joint shared ownership on immovable property and appropriate legal regime. Legal nature of legal regime of joint ownership on immovable property is being analyzed in the article and its definition is offered. It's being justified the possibility of existence of legal regimes of common and specific usage as well as definite and indefinite property within general legal regime of joint shared ownership on immovable property. The appropriate legal regimes are being analyzed and their specific signs and differences are certain. Grounds for termination of co-owner's subjective rights of shared ownership on immovable property as well as appropriate legal regime are being classified and researched in dissertation. The order of formalization of joint ownership on immovable property termination as well as means of co-owners protection is analyzed.
