Object - process of enterprise's business reputation management; purpose - to justify theoretical positions, to develop methodical and practical recommendations for managing of business reputation of trade enterprises; methods - general scientific and specific; results - extension of theoretical positions and development of scientifically proven recommendations for managing of business reputation of trade enterprises; novelty: scientific and methodological approach to quantitative assessment of business reputation of trade enterprises, conceptual apparatus of enterprise theory at the expense of concept essence clarification "business reputation of enterprise", systematization of trade enterprise's business reputation components, classification of event effectiveness evaluation methods for trade enterprise authenticity strengthening for enhancement of its business reputation, which is based on determination of economic effects with attributive and cognitive effects usage, justification of content, main approaches and steps of factor and operational approach for trade enterprise's business reputation management in order to enhance its level.
