Essay

In this work we study the formation of post-industrial society's distributional relationships in the context of solving such basic contradictions of distribution. First, the contradiction between alternative directions of uses available productive capacity of society (manifested in the form of competition between economic subjects - for resources and competition between owners of the factors of production - for factor income). Socialization of distribution is defined as a leading part of becoming distributional relationship of post-industrial economy, which requires substantial renewal of interaction between economic (subordinated to profit making) and social (subordinated to creation of better orders for expanding of Society's human capital stocks). Is shown, that imperfect of distributional institutes (often - due monopolization of distribution functions or by commercial, or by state mechanisms) can transform the social sector to "burden" for the economy. It leads to high efficiency losses in the process of solving social problems. However, if the socialization of distribution is becoming in form of spontaneous adaptation to the new requirements of global competition, the solving of social problems becomes a source of growth and classical contradiction "equality - efficiency" is overcome on the principles of social partnership and compromise. The calculations allowed empirically confirm the continuing trend of socialization in aspects of allocation resources and state redistribution. Their cumulative impact is offsetting the increase in inequality of income distribution and has provided an increase in the integral index of socialization of distributional relationship for 2000 - 2012.
