In this dissertation studies conducted analysis of "perfectionism" in the context of maladaptive state of medical students; developed, implemented a program of psychocorrection of maladaptive states of students with high levels of perfectionism, evaluate effectiveness of the program. The phenomenon of "perfectionism" in the vast majority of medical students was middle level, but the students of 1st year rate and the average level of perfectionism were higher than students of the 5th year. Established biological, individualy psychological and socio-psychological predictors of formation of students perfectionism. 69.45% of medical students had manifestations of maladaptive responses. There are 4 types of maladaptive response: anxious, type "escape into illness" symptoms of addictive behavior, depression; prevailed anxious type. 23.64% of medical students had a high level of perfectionism, defined inherent psychological phenomena that have become targets in determining the scope and content of psychocorrection intervention.
