Dissertational work is devoted to study causes of colonic anastomoses insolvency and development of prevention and treatment of the most effective methods of prevention and treatment aimed at the preservation of morphological and functional tissues maintain the integrity of the colon. Dissertational work is a comprehensive clinical and experimental study. In experiments on rabbits conducted morphological evaluation of colonic anastomosis healing submersible. The study used a retrospective and prospective analysis of 252 case histories of patients with colonic obstruction operated with the formation of colonic anastomoses. As a result, a study proposed a new clinical and anatomically-based approach to the choice of surgical approach is based on certain risk factors, their relative importance, it gave opportunity identify areas favorable prognosis, areas of increased attention and regions are not favorable prognosis. Also identified and evaluated preventive value of colonic anastomosis invaginated from the amount listed 16 risk factors, it gave the opportunity, based on the clinical results to expand the scale of the risk factors and propose an algorithm for insolvency prevention by surgical practice of colonic anastomoses invaginated numbers to reduce complications.
