Essay

The complex research of the civil law regulation of rental accommodation has been made in the dissertation. Based on the theoretical theses of researches and analysis of the legislation and practice was accomplished the civil research of the property and obligation relationships in which the subjective right of the rental ac-commodation has been appeared. It was analyses the authority of the users of the dwelling depending on the grounds of the origins the right of using accommodation.
