The thesis is a complex research of the problem of protection of the right to safe and healthy environment in civil proceedings. The author formed a concept and defined the elements and methods of the personal judicial protection of the personal non-property civil right to a safe and healthy environment. The claims for protection of the right to a safe and healthy environment are classified; criteria of differentiation of jurisdictions and the rules of definition of jurisdiction are set as well as the specific of the subjective composition of the persons involved in these cases. The procedural peculiarities of consideration and resolution of the cases for protection of the right to safe and healthy environment in the court of the first instance are determined and the difficult issues that arise at the stage of review of relevant judicial decisions are considered.
