Essay

Dependence of reliability of geometry and measurement schemes in the active geodetic monitoring networks (AGMN) is derived. The theoretical framework and methodology of a priori estimation of reliability of spatial and plan AGMN is designed. Theoretically grounded and developed a method of posteriori optimization of AGMN using the parameters of accuracy and reliability. Developed AGMN of Ust-Kamenogorsk and Shulbinsk HPP and performed a priori assessment of their reliability. Carried out priori and a posteriori assessment of reliability and optimization of existing AGMN of Dnieper, Dniester-1 and Kanev HPP using the parameters of accuracy and reliability.
