Usatui V. Economic and legal support of the state industrial policy of Ukraine.

The thesis is independent and complete research, provides new theoretical results proved that collectively solve scientific challenges is that the proposed new decision of scientific problems and solve scientific challenges is to clarify the conceptual legal instruments Industrial policy and establishing through system of economic and legal analysis tools and mechanisms of state industrial relations management. Thesis deals with the legal industrial policy as economic and legal phenomenon that can be disclosed as a mechanism of state influence on the scope of industrial management by defining its key content categories, such as the legal concept of industrial policy, its goal, objects, tools, mechanism, criteria of differentiation legal regimes depending on the economic sphere of industrial economic segmentation and objectives of industrial policy. The work carried out distribution of legal means and mechanisms of industrial policy at the stages of the factors of industrial production, investment in productive assets, relationships actually produce goods and services and as to their implementation. It is proposed to develop and adopt "Guidelines for Industrial Policy of Ukraine for the period until 2025" and the "Concept of Regional Industrial Policy of Ukraine."
