The object of study - a system of financial management in banking institutions.The purpose of the study - the deepening of the theoretical and methodological foundations of bank controlling and justification of recommendations for the use of controlling instruments to improve the efficiency of financial management in banks.Methods: a systematic approach, methods of theoretical generalization and comparison, the comparative method of expert estimations, the method of economic-mathematical modeling.The theoretical results of the study lies in the fact that his conclusions, proposals and recommendations to develop and complement the scientific knowledge about the essence of controlling the system of financial management of banking institutions.Practical results of the study concluded that the results obtained can be used in the banking institutions and the teaching of special disciplines in educational institutions and economic profile.Scientific novelty of the results is the development of theoretical and methodological bases of formation and use of controlling the system of financial management of banking institutions.The extent of implementation is to transfer scientific results of research in the practical use of PJSC "Diamantbank" m.
