Zhekov D. Termination of legal entities under civil law of Ukraine.

The dissertation is the first comprehensive study of the special institute of termination of legal entities in the domestic science of civil law. A legislation that regulates procedure of reorganization and her kinds is analyzed. The doctrine going is studied near reorganization of legal entities and authorial vision offers in relation to this type of stopping of legal entity. Liquidation as one of forms of termination of legal entity is investigational. Separate attention is spared to the grounds of liquidation and his order. On the basis of the conducted analysis of separate positions of current legislation of Ukraine and offer in a doctrine classifications of grounds of realization liquidations of legal entities, that is envisaged by the Ukrainian legislation, authorial vision is reasonable. The problem of legal continuity is analyses at termination of legal entity. Nature of legal continuity, task of the civil legal adjusting at the decision of legal continuity in case of reorganization of legal entity, moment of origin of legal continuity, and also intercommunication of certain type of reorganization of legal entity and legal continuity is investigated.
