Using modern methods of research have shown that the condition of patients with CNS traumatic genesis different from the status of persons with congenital CNS more pronounced nasal breathing impairment and the presence of the effects of the TBI in the form of nasal disorders, cerebral and central hemodynamics, causing need for improved therapies. By analyzing the results of a single application procedure expediency sinusoidal modulated currents bitemporal and collar area on 10 minutes and after 30-40 minutes - the action of ultrasound on his nose and slope area projection maxillary sinuses in the number of daily treatments 5-7 (Declarative Patent of Ukraine № 36 960). It is proved that the use of PHF well tolerated by patients with traumatic genesis CNS and remote effects of the TBI in the early period after septoplastyks, optimized their conservative restorative treatment in the form of improvements to the earlier timing of their clinical condition, reducing tool displays as nasal breathing disorders and consequences TBI, reducing the length of stay in hospital and reducing the amount of sedatives and painkillers taken of drugs.
