The theoretical generalization and new solution of the scientific task as to the improvement of the overall results of diabetic foot syndrome surgical treatment based on the complex study of the microcirculational channel of the lower extremities, endothelium dysfunction and the state of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines system, their impact on the surgical treatment results of aforementioned pathology have been directed in this thesis. The degree of endothelial dysfunction depending on the pathogenic form and the severity of necrotic suppurative process and dynamics of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in the surgical treatment of aforementioned patients have been established. The influence of investigated factors on the formation and progress of necrotic suppurative perturbations in patients with diabetic foot syndrome has been studied. Pathogenetically grounded schemes of complex surgical treatment of diabetic foot syndrome have been optimized.
