Essay

The disertation is dedicated to elucidation of pathogenic role of kidney dysfunction in dinamic of experemental HCL-induced acute lung injury. The HCl-induced acute lung injury is accompanied by an intensification of lipid peroxidation in lung tissue, blood and kidney with significant reduction in the activity of superoxide dismutase and catalase. Index prooxidant-antioxidant balance in the kidneys more shift towards dominance oxidative mechanisms. Significant increase proportion of neutrophils producing reactive oxygen forms, endotoxicosis with appears content fractions middle mass molecules in serum and erythrocytic intoxical index from 2 to 24 hours, which was significantly greater than in the control group. Acute lung injury is accompanied disorder of urine output, glomerular filtration rate and creatinine excretion in the urine. Reabsorption of sodium and excretion of potassium was significantly reduced. Thus the observed accumulation of sodium and potassium in the blood and urine. In the dynamic of acute lung injury in kidney develop structural disturbances of renal and the nephron capsule, marked increase of the height of tubular epithelial cells, their diameter with a significant reduction of the nucleus diameter of epithelial cells. Morphometric infringement higher in the distal tubules of the nephron. Revealed violations was increased to 6 hours experiment with the following improvements to 12 hours and repeated, but less than the amplitude of aggravation to 24 hours.
