Essay

Scientific work is devoted to the investigation of the problem of inflammatory diseases of internal genital organs in girls of pubertal period. It has been established that the leading place among etiological factors of salpingo-oophoritises belong to the microorganisms, species aspects of which is formed by associations mainly. It has been shown that the most important changes in the immune system of girls suffering from salpingo-oophoritises, are: increase of concentration in peripheral blood both proinflammatory cytokines (IL-1?, TNF-?) and anti- inflammatory cytokine IL-10 with prevalence of proinflammatory cytokines, that confirms activation of inflammatory processes. It has been stated that mutation in 511 position of promoter zone of gene IL-1? (SNP id.; rs16944) among girls suffering from salpingo-oophoritises occurs in 45.4% of cases, that by 2.33 times more frequent than in persons of the control group (p=001), that confirms genetic determination of salpingo-oophoritis development, severity of the clinical course and frequency of recurrence. The results evaluation permitted to suggest optimal criteria of diagnostics and treatment formed on the basis of clinical, microbiological, immunological and genetic indices according to the results of which pathogenetic substantiated multimodality therapy of salpingo-oophoritises was elaborated. Almost complete disappearance of inflammatory process manifestation and quick clinic-laboratory indices normalization is evidence that multimodality therapy, worked by us is adequate.
