Zhyliaiev M. Causes and mechanisms of premature rupture of membranes, prediction and prevention of preterm labour.

The dissertation is devoted to solving of actual health problem of finding out the causes and mechanisms of premature rupture of membranes and their prevention in women with pregnancy interrupting. Statistically significant markers of pregnancy interrupting based on a retrospective comparative analysis of clinical trial of interleukin profile, micro- and microelement’s compounds of membranes, their strength in preterm and interm labors was established. Predictors of untimely membranes’ rupture and preterm deliveries are significant accumulation in amnion and chorion of toxic (Ni, Co), essentials micronutrients (Zn, Fe, Mn, Cu), macroelements (K, Ca), low levels of (Mg, Na). Significant increasing in the blood concentration of proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory interleukins helps to reduce of intrauterine infection, fetal growth retardation, its antenatal death and occurrence of preterm deliveries. Developed computer search program for prediction of preterm termination of pregnancy is high (66.34%) and specific (62.47%).
