Aggregates material, organizational and procedural norms of legal disputes reconciliation in Ukraine since IX century to 1917. The law of Kievan Rus formed the embryos of peaceful conflict resolution and prevention. Law of Grand Duchy of Lithuania formed institute of amicable proceedings. «The Laws, which sues the people of Malorossia» performed definition of econciliation, circle of mediable cases, requirements for participants of reconciliation procedure and intermediaries, content of the conciliation agreement and conditions of its nullity (illegality)
