Essay

The general theoretical grounds of analogy of law have been investigated. It was identified the branch specifics of its application. It is proved that in the current stage of law development, it is impossible to deny the analogy as a means of overcoming the gaps in the legislation, and thus it is impossible to use a civil law attainment without gaps.
