Іn dissertational work the results of three studies on the influence of ways of main soil cultivation (politely, ploskostei and surface) on the density, soil moisture, contamination of crops of a Soya. Determined reaction soybean varieties Annushka (ultra precocious) and Romance (restyle) on methods of main soil processing and sowing approach (ordinary, normal, wide-row). The influence of these factors on the growth and development of plants, photosynthetic, symbiotic, individual performance, the formation of the yield and quality of oybean.Defined economic and energy efficiency of application of tillage and no-till farming soil cultivation and sowing soybean in the zone of the Eastern forest-Steppe region of Ukraine. On the basis of the received results of research developed recommendations on the improvement of the elements of technology of cultivation of soybean varieties Romance and Annushka in the conditions of Eastern forest-Steppe region of Ukraine through the optimization of the main ways of tillage and sowing methods that will improve the yield of soybean to 2.5 tons/ha and the protein content in it up to 38-40 %.
