Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research on the formation, operation and development of the food market of Ukraine. It presents the analysis of theoretical basics, conditions, principles and factors of formation, functioning and development of the food market. Methodical approach to the assessment of the food market with regard to traditional and non-traditional methods are separately studied. Particular attention is given to the classification attributes, characteristics and food market factors that determine the conditions for its effective functioning and form its specific characteristics. The features of the formation of supply and demand on the food market of Ukraine with regard to the division of its subjects of mass production and organizational forms of small entities are taken into account. Recommendations to improve organizational and economic mechanism of ensuring the development of the food market as an integrated system are elaborated. A comprehensive strategy for the development of the food market in Vinnytsia region is developed with regard to its division into separate subsystems.
