The object of the growth and development of plants oil flax, formation of yield, oil content and output depending on the varietal composition, seeding rate of seeds and fertilizer to the crop in terms of programmable of Polissya of Ukraine.The aim of the research was scientific substantiation technology elements influence the formation of crop value, content, access and collection oil flax oil by optimizing seeding rate, calculating fertilizer on crop programmable considering the varietal characteristics. Methods - field, laboratory, physiological, calculation-comparative, statistical. Recommendations for growing flax oil grade for Eureka rules seeding 8 million pcs./ ha and fertilization in the dose N52P16K36, which gives a 1.5 t/ ha of seeds with high oil content in terms of of Polissya Ukraine.The main results of investigations introduced in 2011-2012. in farms of Zhytomyr region on a total area of 130 hectares.
