The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for managing motivation of innovation development of industrial enterprises on the basis of the process-allocating concept of stimulation. The object of the research is the process of motivation of innovative development of industrial enterprises. During the time of research the methods of theoretical generalization and comparison, economic statistical methods and methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis are used. Improved conceptual and categorical framework for the study of motivation in the system of management of innovative development of the enterprise. Justified the requirements for the formation an effective system of personnel motivation to ensure innovative development of industrial enterprises. Analyzed independent variables that affect the measurements of innovation potential of industrial enterprises. Based the method of quantitative estimation of the weight of the influence of process management tools for elimination of potentially destructive-factorial determinants of the formation of the motivation system of innovative development of industrial enterprises. Offered the process-allocating concept of developing strategies to stimulate innovative development of enterprises. Established the system of comparative indicators to assess the extent of development of innovative potential of enterprise and the performance of motivation of its innovative development. Constructed morphological matrix formalization of strategies set to ensure the effectiveness of motivation for innovative development of industrial enterprises. Developed conclusions and recommendations received the practical usage at the domestic enterprises and organizations.
