Essay

The thesis is devoted to improving the assessment and management of human capital assets of employees. In order to deepen the theoretical and methodological research aspects of the theory of human capital assets in the thesis interpretation of the category of "human capital assets of the employee" is proposed. Study of human capital assets of employee is carried out on the basis of system approach. In the context of the development of assessment of employee human capital following methodological approaches are improved: value of human capital on the level of employee position, taking into account his individual differences is determined; the necessity of HCAEm target performance using is grounded and its definition bases are improved; the intrinsic characteristics is expanded and methodological basis of HCAEm deficit calculation is defined. According to the results of research organizational and methodical approaches to formation and implementation of strategies of employee human capital management based on the principles of consistency and structuring are developed. It let to improve the system of human capital of employee performance measurement by the criterion of growing economic value added (EVA), to identify areas for further development of HCAEm and improve the quality of management decisions.
