The object of research is the process of measuring the cost TC in closed channels. The aim of the thesis is to improve the quality of accounting energy and water resources by improving the method of ultrasonic flow measurement fluid (fluid) media and create on its basis flow meters with high metrological characteristics in terms of distorted flow structure. Methods defined set of tasks and include methods of fuzzy mathematics used in the improvement of ultrasonic flow measurement method; methods of model experiment, probability theory, measurement, mathematical statistics, which are used in the improvement of scientific and technical base measurement systems and accounting costs TC metrological tests developed flow and assessing their metrological characteristics. Scientific innovation. First developed and tested methodology calibration (calibration) ultrasonic gas flow meters, including HUVR-011, which enables by the integrated use of experimental and simulation results of the study raise the upper limit of measurement while maintaining their high accuracy. For the first time the method of estimation accuracy ultrasonic flow meters in terms of distorted flow structure and the presence of different kinds of local resistance by using advanced CFD - simulation and real experimental data CCS. Improved conversion time-pulsed ultrasonic speed measuring converter TC, which, unlike the known uses multiple signal reflections to extend the signal path through the measuring environment and the same type of channels to averaging their results, thus improving the sensitivity and reduce the main error of measurement. Got the further development of the method of processing the results of measurements of the Doppler ultrasonic flow meter, which, unlike the known uses fuzzy mathematics to evaluate "center of gravity" of the spectrum of the reflected signal, which provides several options for the use of secondary processing of measurement results with high accuracy. The degree of implementation. - The results introduced for energy, chemical and oil and gas industry both in Ukraine and abroad. Scope. - Obtained in the thesis results can be recommended for use in the development of standard measuring instruments in the field of Flow, as well as so-called smart devices - "smart" devices, capable of self-calibration, diagnostics and prevention of the measurement process in any adverse factors.
