In-process the shown importance of account is on the initial stages of studies to the single combats of by turn capture spatial, tempo-rhythm and speed-power parameters of motion. In dissertation the experimentally well-proven efficiency of the offered authorial methods of forming of motive abilities and skills for senior pupils, which study in CYSS, with the use of rectangular matrices of studies.
