Essay

The object - the process of environmental safety in the behavior with a non- suitable pesticides; the purpose - to deepening of theoretical positions and ground of practical recommendations on providing of ecological safety in the field of handling useless pesticides; methods - elements of a systematic approach; comparative method and structural analysis and graph-analytic method of displaying the results of scientific research; novelty - first grounded and certain economic bases of policy of ekological management in the field of handling useless pesticides on the basis of the offered organizational tool of conduct with them; results - to develop recommendations for overcoming the risk of environmental hazards in the sphere of obsolete pesticides in transboundary levels and improving economic levers to stimulate ecological systems to management of the territories with a unique natural resource potential; introduced - in the "development of the mechanism of implementation and public awareness for implementing environmental audit procedures at the regional level" (certificate №215/n from 25.12.2008); project "Ecological and economic evaluation of the environmental impact of unusable crop protection chemicals (obsolete pesticides)"; recommended by the State Environmental Academy of Postgraduate Education and Management of the Ministry Mini Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, to develop a joint action plan for environmental sanitation procedures polluted areas unusable crop protection chemicals (certificate №808/1 from 8.12.2011).
