The object of study is the process of using the human capital of enterprises. The subject of the study is methodological and applied principles of assessment and development provision of enterprises human capital. The aim is to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of human capital assessment for enterprise development. The author used the methods of theoretical generalization and comparison, system analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, expert assessments and opinion poll, marginal analysis, graphic. The theoretical value is to improve theoretical approaches to the analysis of enterprises human capital in the context of its development.
