Klyov M. Economism and commercialization as globalization tendencies of higher education in modern Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the research and the scientific substantiation of the content and characteristics of the formation and manifestations of economism and commercialization as globalization tendencies in the higher education of modern Ukraine. Determined that economism and commercialization are the globalization tendencies in the higher education of Ukraine, developing in the diversification of education, personification the economic laws of market relations in educational space, consumerism, shadow and corruption schemes of granting of paid educational services, low quality of higher education in most private higher education institutions, the depreciation of knowledge as an intellectual resource for socio-economic development of the country.
