The dissertation is a complex scientific monographic research of issues of criminal legal characteristics substitute child. In the paper examine the genesis of the legislation on criminal liability for substitution of a child. A comparative legal analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and laws of foreign countries was conducted in chapter of criminal liability for substitution of a child. Defined generic and direct objects of substitution of the child, described the objective and subjective features of the crime.
