Salnykova T. Financial providing of housing and reconstruction of civil dwelling fund

An object of researching is processes of realization of the financial providing of housing and reconstruction of housing fund.The dissertation work aim is a ground of theoretical principles and development of practical recommendations from the improvement of the financial providing of civil dwelling construction and reconstruction of housing fund in Ukraine.Such scientific and special methods of research as a statistical analysis, the method of analytical comparisons, analysis of the systems, is historical and logical, abstracting, method of generalizations, system-structural and graphical methods, abstractly logical were used in dissertation work.The theoretical value of dissertation work consists in developing of theoretical principles of the financial providing of civil dwelling construction and reconstruction in Ukraine with recommendations of research.The practical value of work consists in the theoretical recommendations and practical events that are set forth in dissertation work can be used for the development and realization of the programs of civil dwelling construction and reconstruction of housing fund development.Dissertation work results were used during the programs of civil dwelling construction and reconstruction adjustment and improvement of its financial providing, in an educational process at teaching of disciplines. To the basic elements of novelty it is possible to take the improvement of mechanism of the financial providing of civil dwelling construction and reconstruction of housing fund in Ukraine, development of complex approach of its formation and system of the financial providing sources.
