Serbina N. Criminal legal characteristic of intentional destruction or damage of housing and public utility sector objects

The paper provides description of historical development of the national criminal legislation on responsibility for mentioned crime as well as the research of peculiarities of legal regulation of responsibility for such actions in foreign countries. The social conditioning of the establishment of criminal responsibility for intentional destruction or damage of housing and public utility sector objects is found. The objective and subjective signs of intentional destruction or damage of housing and public utility sector objects have been developed. The qualified features of this crime have been described as well as the difference of the intentional destruction or damage of housing and public utility sector objects from the related crimes has been determined.
