Scientific research is devoted to theoretical and methodological problems of understanding the political and legal phenomenon of "national sovereignty", its nature and content, the possibility of voluntary or forced its limitations; concepts of "sovereignty" and "sovereign rights"; "The right of nations to self-determination"; "National interests, values, human needs, civil society and the nation (people)"; interdependence of state, national and ultimately national sovereignty; problematic aspects of national sovereignty institutions of direct democracy and the role of law enforcement institutions, including the police (police) in the process.
