Melnychuk M. Legal basis of social partnership of police in terms of transformation of civil society in Ukraine

Thesis deals with the legal framework of social partnership with various state police and public entities in terms of the transformation process of civil society, the transition from punitive and repressive nature of the service to law enforcement agencies. It is examined an existing theoretical approaches that define the content of social partnership and the expediency of the use of the term in the context of police as a social entity of society. In the thesis, it is discovered and analyzed the structural elements of social partnership as a special police type of activity, it is singled out and highlighted the content of the principles of law as fundamental principles of social partnership and outlines the types and forms of social partnership of police with various social actors.
