The thesis is dedicated to improvement of treatment efficacy of patients with urticaria, taking into consideration thyroid condition of the body and content of autoantibodies to thyroid peroxidase and thyroglobulin by administration of differential therapy. It has been established that disorders of the thyroid condition of the body are observed in patients with urticaria, which are characterized by increased thyroxin and thyroglobulin in blood serum and inhibition of triiodothyronine. It has also been proven that increased level of autoantibodies to thyroid peroxidase and thyroglobulin is detected in these patients. The extent of these modifications depends on clinical course of dermatosis. It has been shown that worsening of lifestyle occurs in patients with urticaria. Differential therapy of patients with urticaria, including broad spectrum phototherapy, slightly mineralized chloride-sodium baths and artificial microclimate chambers, has been substantiated, elaborated and implemented into clinical practice. It enables to significantly improve efficacy of treatment by achieving more continuous remissions, lowered manifestations of relapses and improvement of patients' lifestyles.
