Essay

The object of the study is the formationof personnel management system foragricultural enterprises. The aim of the researchis to generalize theoretical and methodological bases of formationof personnel management system for agricultural enterprises as well as employees' motivation, proposalsgeneration on improving personnel management system as the means of improving the production and financial activityof enterprises efficiency. The scientific value of the results obtained is inbroadening of the theoretical and methodological fundamentals and justification of methodological approaches to staff selection proceduresat the agricultural enterprises based on the developed "Organizational Evaluation Map" that provides intellectual, professional and social characteristics of the applicant for the vacant position taking into account the importance ofthe peer reviews. The research was conducted using the following generalscientific and specific research methods: dialectic, historical, abstract-and-logical, monographic,calculation-and-constructive method, time series and trend analysis, tabular and graphical methods, grouping and correlation-regression method, and sociological method. Main provisionsare brought to the level of certainguidancematerials and practical recommendations. Sphere of their application covers - agricultural enterprises, state administrative bodies, and universities higher educational establishments.
