Essay

Object - protection of the environment from the harmful effects of gas emissions of industrial enterprises, which include dust, sulfur dioxide and carbon monoxide. Goal - the creation of new technologies and equipment for phased comprehensive cleaning of gas emissions of dust, sulfur dioxide and carbon monoxide. Methods - Theoretical and experimental research of processes and technology integrated gas cleaning mathematical model of computer modeling of processes for the analysis of dust in the separation efficiency of series-connected cyclone and rotary areas with closed loop. The chemical composition of gases and liquids defined volume, weight and spectral methods. Disperse composition of dust - electrochemically method. Dusty gas flows calculated or determined by external filtering. The efficiency of centrifugal dedusting and gas cleaning clearly defined criteria for capture and removal of dust, respectively. First introduced scientific and technical bases of complex clearing of gas emissions that are as consistent implementation and intensification of dust collection, SO2 absorption and catalytic CO to CO2 through the development of new devices, methods of implementation and new types of catalysts, which significantly increases the environmental safety; - The first time it is shown that the developed construction dust collector provided such circulation of fine dust in which the dust return achieved from a rotary cyclone zone, resulting in significantly increased efficiency dust collection; - First provided mutual neutralization of gas and liquid emissions thermal power and textile enterprises; - The first time created new types of Zn-Cu-Cr catalysts to offset industrial carbon monoxide volumes in dusty flue gases and the method of applying the catalytic layer on the inner surface of the tube contact apparatus; - The mechanism and received hydrodynamics model-cyclone dust collector rotation.
