The thesis is devoted to the problem of the improvement of the technology of carrying of bulk cargo by bulkers, the provision with the appropriate seagoing characteristics of a vessel and maritime safety. The device for the data-ware for the process of control over the loading operations on a vessel with bulk cargo is patented. This device allows controlling the loading process on a vessel automatically, in anytime, computing seagoing characteristics of a vessel with the application of ship's loading operations software and guaranteeing maritime safety.
