The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations, development methodology and practical recommendations for the management of material incentives of people working in the hotel industry. The theoretical and methodological background material incentives management staff of hotel management in the dissertation. The scientific approaches to the management of material incentives of people working in the hotel industry reviewed critically. Analyzes applied aspects of control material incentives of people working in the hotel industry. It has been studied scientific and theoretical basis of management material incentives of people working in the hotel industry-based competency approach. It has been reviewed practical tools implement its business activity in the hotel industry. Also, it has been done methodological approaches to assessing the competence of personnel management as a component material incentives staff. Deterministic structure of pay and bonus system based on assessment skills has been designed. The proposals were improved the efficiency of personnel management in hospitality industry enterprises.
