This study highlights the issues of formation and development of the legal concepts of historical and cultural values. Thereby had carried out a comprehensive analysis of existing normative legal acts of Ukraine and other countries, domestic and foreign scientific literature, as well as the judicial practice on disputes related to the historical and cultural values.
