The object - the low-frequency variability modes (long-range climate signals) in the Atlantic-European sector during the winter; goal - to study spatial and temporal characteristics of the regime oscillations in the Atlantic-European sector, as well as their influence on surface temperature anomalies in the territory of Eastern Europe and the Azov-Black Sea in the winter; мethods - composite and correlation analysis; results - obtained field difference composites for the territory of Ukraine and Azov-Black Sea region, the peculiarities of the statistical relationship between the modes of variability and temperature anomalies in Eastern Europe, determined statistical relationship between the phase state of the low-frequency climatic signals and the value of surface air temperature anomalies investigated territory, made up of integrated cards maximize the impact of climate signals in the surface air temperature anomaly; originality - a comprehensive study of oscillations in the Atlantic-European sector, the study of their structure and the influence on the formation of fields of surface air temperature anomalies; the degree of implementation - implemented; Scope - Hydrometeorological center, institution of higher education.
