The thesis presents the results of research to develop biotechnological preferred method of stimulation reproductive ability of cows through the use of non-hormonal dietary neurotropic drugs metabolic action Stymulin-Vet and Nanovulim-VRH. It is established, that the introduction of neurotropic drugs and metabolic Stymulin-Vet and Nanovulin-VRH subcutaneously in the blades in period 12 and 24 hours after the first insemination, promotes credible increased by 26.7% and 25.9% the number of cows with ovulation follicles in the ovaries; reduction of 2.3 and 2.2 times the females with anovulatory cycle; raising the level of fertility of animals by 22.2% and 22.3%. Adjusted possibility of regulation of neurotropic-metabolic drug metabolism in female sexual system, contributing to engraftment and development of embryos. It is established that the reproductive ability of cows stimulation with the drug Nanovulin-VRH can increase the profitability of cattle artificial insemination of animals on 3.9%.
