Essay

The thesis shows the new solution of actual task of modern gynecology to increase the incidence of pregnancy and reduce the number of relapses in women of reproductive age with endometrioid ovarian cysts. Based on a comprehensive study of hormonal homeostasis, ovarian reserve, activity of ovarian proliferation, apoptosis and angiogenesis was developed and implemented scientifically based perioperative management of patients with ovarian endometriomas with pre- and postoperative appointment of GnRH agonists, which led to an increase in the incidence of pregnancy and reduce the number of relapses.
