Molchanova Y. Diagnostic value of vagina microbiocenosis disorders in the clinical course of genital endometriosis.

The specifics of genital endometriosis combined with microflora disorders were studied for the first time in this thesis. It is found that under these conditions there are more dysfunctions of reproductive system, menstruation, and the general condition of patients, generalization of pain and increase of pain itself. Integral hematological indices, level of middle molecules, parameters of hemostasis and enhanced verification of the species composition of the microflora of the vagina in women with endometriosis and pain symptom as possible additional methods of diagnosis and prognosis of the disease are suggested. It is indicated that microflora disorders hold not the last place in the clinical course of genital endometriosis. Introducing recommendations for clinical and laboratory diagnosis in patients with endometriosis, combined with disorders of the genital tract microflora, seem to be diagnostically important.
