Zverkhovska V. Cultural values as objects of civil rights.

The dissertation is the first in domestic science of civil law special complex research of theoretical and practical issues of legal regulation of civil turnover of cultural values under legislation of Ukraine. The formation and development of legislation in the field of regulation of civil turnover of cultural values is researched in the article. The concept, nature and features of cultural values as objects of civil rights are defined. Classification of cultural values is carried out and their main types, that are envisaged by the civil legislation of Ukraine, are characterized. Cultural values as objects of ownership are researched. Cultural values as objects of obligations legal relationships were characterized, the specifics of contractual obligations concerning cultural values is revealed. Scientifically substantiated proposals for improvement of legal regulation of civil turnover of cultural values are formulated.
